I have a splash based Moze build using the Mind Sweeper class mod. I feel the best base game gun (and one of the best overall) for this build is a full-auto, single ammo Kaoson as it is freaking god tier with the Mind Sweeper, even beating out the Flipper, which I was just testing tonight. Other good weapons are the Butcher, Rowan's Call, and the King's Call (whenever he becomes stunned. It's not that great while he's far away from the platform). Might be others as well but those are the main weapons I use against him.
The best thing about Krakatoa is that it has a high fire rate for a sniper so its even better with this. True the splash gets factored in late, but now that I think of it, it surprised me mostly due to moze not really having any splash dmg giving skills despite beign the explosive focused class.

I just recently got Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition on Sale for 40$, I'm super excited and I wanna work on a build for Moze.. So any tips or anything would be really great! I've looked for all sorts of builds, but I dunno if they're the best or any good. I've play Borderlands 2 and really loved it, still playing it currently actually.

For artifacts I either run a Pearl or a Snowdrift Victory Rush. Guns don't matter really, anything with splash damage is bonkers. I can still use ASE anointments since Iron Cub dies super fast. It's very very fun. Using multipellet weapons like the Boom Sickle can get you a bunch of mini 'nades which chain easier. All in all, a very good time.
